A. Organizational Matters 

 

Call meeting to order – Meeting was called to order at 3:00 by Lisa Daily.

B. Property Related Matters 

 

I. NCLB Development Projects: 

1. Neighbors for Neighborhoods—167 N Miller 

2. House to Home 2-Family—45/45A Lander 

Staff members reported that all three properties are near completion and are being marketed for sale through Request For Applications process and 4 open houses for each property. Diana is working on historic tax credit issues.  

II. Sales 

3. MLS listings—146 South St & 23 S Miller. Staff reported that 146 South is being prepared for sale. Chris Hanson has been engaged to sell both properties through MLS.  

4. Habitat for Humanity—114 William. Sale is pending scheduling of closing which M. Fletcher will coordinate.  

III. Building Preservation 

5. Asbestos Abatement & Stabilization –  

Building preservation properties have all been stabilized  

and abated except 128 Dubois, which is in progress.  

6. Planning & RFA for properties – Planning Committee to meet to discuss disposition of properties.
